Culture Club: How to create and cultivate a "newness" culture in your building!

The Culture Club is formed with teacher leaders and administrators to engage and encourage the culture and climate of the school building.  As were are all in this pandemic school year; and the year of progressive education.  The steps will assist teacher leaders and administrators in navigating, creating, sustaining, and explaining.
